• Our peak hours are in the evenings and weekends (especially Saturdays), so book as far in advance as possible to ensure getting your preferred timing.
• On the weekends and public holidays, it is advised to book at least 1-2 weeks in advance, and at least 1 month in advance during the weeks leading up to the Lunar New Year.
• If you are booking an appointment with a voucher or for a specific promotion, please mention it so that the spa can advise you of any policy that may affect its use.

You can cancel or make changes to your reservation any time (before 10am) one day before your scheduled appointment.

Yes, we collect a small token of $10 in case of no show or cancellation (after 10am) one day before your scheduled appointment. This is because once an appointment is made,a treatment room and a beauty therapist are reserved and assigned exclusively for you.

• New Customers are advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time for registration & complimentary skincare consultation.

While we try our best to ensure that you enjoy a full treatment session, however, late arrival may result in reduced treatment time as there may be another booking after your session. Please note that you will still be charged fully for the treatment(s) booked.
