Spa Package & Membership - SK-II Boutique Spa

Customers are automatically enrolled into the SK-II Boutique Spa Membership when they purchase a Standard Flexi Package.
Membership is valid if the member maintains an active Flexi package with credit balance within the validity period.
The membership is only applicable to the main Package Holder, and not transferable or sharable.

Discounted treatment prices.
10% discount on retail products.
Birthday Perks (only applicable to customers who opt in for email notification.)
Complimentary skincare diagnosis (worth $65, available upon request)
Exclusive offers, invitation to launches, previews, workshops.

All bookings are considered tentative. A confirmation request will be sent via WhatsApp prior to the appointment date. Customers are required to response to message. The booking will be cancelled if no response is received. A penalty fee of $10 will be deducted from the package in the event of short-notice cancellation/no show after the stated time in the reminder message (no calls/email reminders will be made).
Standard Package of $2000 & above is valid for 3 years. Package below $2000 is valid for 1 year from the application date. Unutilized balance after the expiry date will be nullified & there is no refund or exchange allowed. Package validity cannot be extended. Validity may be different for promotional packages. Please refer to the specific promotion terms & expiry date.

There is no refund/exchange once the package is purchased. Unused packages (not expired) can be exchanged for other packages or retail products of equal to or higher value within 7 days of purchase. No cash refund to be given.
All complimentary items are not refundable, exchangeable, and not valid with other promotion/offer/retail products.
No refund will be given in the event of relocation/closure of outlet(s) or unavailability of a specific staff so long as the services can be rendered at a different location or by a different staff.

Standard Package holders are entitled to a 10% discount on selected non-promoted products. This privilege is valid only while the package is active and the last redemption date is within 2months & is not transferable or applicable with another offer/discount. Not applicable with promotional packages.
Flexi package credit points are redeemable at the prevailing Members prices at the time of redemption. Items in the treatment specific (Simply)packages are fixed & not exchangeable for other items. In the case of a reduced treatment time due to customer’s lateness, full treatment will be deducted.

A $10 Premium is applicable for each session rendered by the Head Beauty Therapists from January 1, 2019 onwards.
All booking requests (timing, location, and therapist) are subjected to availability. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.
Standard packages are transferable and can be utilized at the SK-II Boutique Spa outlet within the country of purchase only. Promotional packages are not transferable, unless otherwise stated.

The company’s standard operation policies, including the spa etiquette, are to be observed at all times while at our facilities.
The company reserves the right to change menu items, prices, privileges, personnel and other policies at any time without prior notice, nor compensation.
